Ingredients
- Potatoes.
- Cream cheese.
- Pinch of pepper (optional).
Steps
- Boil the potatoes until soft and mash it.
- Melt the cream cheese.
- Mix the mashed potatoes and cream cheese at ratio 1:0.5 or as desired.
- Add pinch of pepper (optional).
- Shape or mould the cream cheese potato. Note to firm the shape, it can be frozen for about half an hour.
- Remove it from the mould and air fry at 180 degrees for roughly 20 minutes.
- Best to serve warm.
The cream cheese portion is depending on how much cheesy taste you would like to have.
