Air fried cream cheese potato

Ingredients

  • Potatoes.
  • Cream cheese.
  • Pinch of pepper (optional).

Steps

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft and mash it.
  2. Melt the cream cheese.
  3. 20140921_141432 Mix the mashed potatoes and cream cheese at ratio 1:0.5 or as desired.
  4. Add pinch of pepper (optional).
  5. 20140921_142703 Shape or mould the cream cheese potato. Note to firm the shape, it can be frozen for about half an hour.
  6. xj2014_09_21_15_45_59 Remove it from the mould and air fry at 180 degrees for roughly 20 minutes.
  7. Best to serve warm.

The cream cheese portion is depending on how much cheesy taste you would like to have.
