Avocado Pesto Spaghetti


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 pieces of roasted cashew nut
  • 40-50 pcs of basil leaf
  • Spaghetti


  1. Blend avocado, garlic, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, cashew nut, basil leaf into paste form.
  2. Boil water, add in a pinch of salt and few drops of oil then cook the spaghetti till done.
  3. Drained the spaghetti and toss the spaghetti with the avocado pesto paste.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese as topping.
