Ingredients
- 100 g butternut squash steamed and mashed
- 60 g sugar (cut down to 50g)
- 2 no large eggs
- 2 tbsp fresh milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp grapeseed oil (replaced with olive oil)
- 90 g self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Steps
- Steam butternut squash till soft and mash
- Whisk with sugar until it well combined, add in egg one by one.
- Add in oil and milk
- Shift in flour and baking powder and mix evenly (Do not over mixed)
- Pour batter into paper cup and steam for 12 min.
- Test with toothpick and it come out clean means done
