Cheese Sticks

Ingredient A:
high-gluten flour 480g
120g plain flour
sugar 110g
4 teaspoons of yeast
salt 7g
milk powder 20g

Ingredients B:
1 egg
Water 300ml

Ingredients C: 1 butter 60g

Method:
1 mix all ingredient A, adding A into the ingredient B and make a rough dough.
2. Add ingredients C into the dough, stir into a smooth and elastic dough (pull into a film)
3 put it into the plastic box cover (or cover tightly with plastic wrap), fermentation 60 minutes or until doubled
**P/s: i use bread maker and do it..just set Mode:dough only

For cheese sticks:
1. Divide the sweet dough into 60g, rubbing round stand for 10 minutes
2 After that knead 30cm long rectangular strip, place on a baking pan and fermented again 45 minutes
3. Coated with egg & grated cheddar cheese on the dough, sprinkle with a little sugar
4. Put the into the oven, use heat 190 degree to bake it 12 minutes until golden brown
