1 small slice of chicken breast (cut in cube)
1/4 piece of apple (cut in cube)
1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of homemade pasta sauce
2 slices of bread
1 egg white
1 . Filling – mix chicken, apple and cheese together with homemade pasta sauce.
2. Use a cup or anything that can form a mark in the centre of the bread, put the filling inside the formed mark. This is to ensure you do not overfill and cause leakage during toasting.
3. Apply egg white on all bread edges then close it with another bread slice. Press firm on all bread edges to prevent leakage.
4. Put into rice cooker and press cook, flip to another side of the bread when it turn to warm mode for the first time. Then press cook again.
5. Leave it inside for another 5-10 mins when it turn to warm mode. Take out and cut the skin then serve.
