- pandan juice + fresh milk 60 ml(mix milk to blend with pandan leave and extract )

Steps
- Methods:8 inch square tin
- Ingredients A, corn oil, egg yolk, whole egg, pandan juice add together and whisk till light bubble add in flour,put aside(avoid wild blowing)。
- In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites, and sugar until stiff peak . Divided into 3 portions and Add into (1) ,and just mix well.
- Steam-bake ( put a tray with water below ur ur pan to bake) the cake in a preheated oven at 160c for 1h20min. ***TEMPERATURE IS DEPENDS ON YOUR OVEN***
