Crispy oat pork patty


Marinate (no specify measurement, all on preference)

  • Chopped or minced pork
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce (can omit)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Ground pepper (little bit will do)
  • Garlic in fine chopping
  • Oat (Add slightly more in order to get more crispy)
  • Parmesan cheese powder
  • Sesame powder
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Egg
  • Cornflour


  1. Mix all marinate ingredients and put in fridge for at least 4-6 hours.
  2. Heat some oil (slightly more oil to cover at least half side of the patty) on the pan and pan fried the patty each side for about 5-8 mins or till golden brown.
