Ingredients (A)
- 250g unsalted butter
- 120g sugar
- a pinch of salt
Ingredients (B)
- One whole egg
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 1tsp lemon juice
Ingredients (C) - Sifted
- 40g milk powder
- 60g corn flour
- 320g Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Steps
- Preheat oven at 170C.
- Thaw butter to room temperature, softened.
- Place all ingredients (A) in a mixer with a paddle attachment and beat till fluffy, mix (B) evenly at low speed. Do not over mix. Then follow by (C).
- Pipe soft cookie dough on a lined tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins or till golden brown.
- Leave to cool and store in airtight container.
