Easy Peasy Steam Egg Cake

Ingredients: whole eggs, flour and sugar
Measurements ratio: 1:1:1,  ie. 1 bowl of eggs + 1 bowl of Flour & 1 bowl of sugar. (You may adjust the sugar according to your preference)

Steps:
1. Mix eggs and sugar and well beat until fluffy.
2. Sieved the flour (2-3 times)
3. Fold in the sieved flour into 1.
4. Steam with high heat for 15 minutes and DONE! 

P/s: You may add in few drops of Vanilla Extract for better fragrance
