Ingredients
- Mee Suah (I use Hing Hua thick Mee Suah)
- Broccoli (Cut into small pieces)
- Carrot (Cut into small cubes)
- Yellow onion (Sliced)
- Minced pork (Marinated with a little bit of salt and pepper)
- Anchovies soup base
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Steps
- Pan fry minced pork using extra virgin coconut oil till cooked.
- Add in broccoli, carrot and yellow onion to fry.
- Pour in about 5 Chinese spoon of anchovies soup base.
- Add in Mee Suah.
- Cover the lid and let it simmer for about 5 minutes till the soup being absorbed by noodles.
- Add in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and fry for a short while. Done.
