Fried Mee Suah

Ingredients

  • Mee Suah (I use Hing Hua thick Mee Suah)
  • Broccoli (Cut into small pieces)
  • Carrot (Cut into small cubes)
  • Yellow onion (Sliced)
  • Minced pork (Marinated with a little bit of salt and pepper)
  • Anchovies soup base
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Steps

  1. Pan fry minced pork using extra virgin coconut oil till cooked.
  2. Add in broccoli, carrot and yellow onion to fry.
  3. Pour in about 5 Chinese spoon of anchovies soup base.
  4. Add in Mee Suah.
  5. Cover the lid and let it simmer for about 5 minutes till the soup being absorbed by noodles.
  6. Add in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and fry for a short while. Done.
