Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 250g sugar
  • Pandan leaves 6 pieces
  • Fresh coconut milk 125ml
  • Pandan water 75ml
  • Salt 1/3 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Use double boiler method.big boiler add in 1/3 water heat it.thn turn to low fire.
  2. Small boiler add in eggs,sugar and salt stir well.thn put into the big boiler…cook it for 10mins…must non stoping stir it.
  3. Add in coconut,pandan water and pandan leave continue cook for another 20-25mins.
