Ingredients
- Egg York - 1
- Carrot purée - 3 tablespoon
- Instant Yeast - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- All purpose flour - 4 tablespoon (normal dining table spoon)
- Milk - 3 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.5 tablespoon
Steps
- Mix everything and knead.. leave a side at least one hour.
- Roll into small doughs and set a side for another 15 mins.
- Steam in high temperature for 10 mins.. Off fire and leave on steamer for 2 mins before taken it out..
- Soft and fluffy carrot mini mantou pao is ready to serve !!!
