Home Made Carrot Mantou Pau

Ingredients

  • Egg York - 1
  • Carrot purée - 3 tablespoon
  • Instant Yeast - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • All purpose flour - 4 tablespoon (normal dining table spoon)
  • Milk - 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 1.5 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Mix everything and knead.. leave a side at least one hour.
  2. Roll into small doughs and set a side for another 15 mins.
  3. Steam in high temperature for 10 mins.. Off fire and leave on steamer for 2 mins before taken it out..
  4. Soft and fluffy carrot mini mantou pao is ready to serve !!!
