- 480g All Purpose Flour
- One Large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 250ml Water
Spinach Meatball
- Organic Spinach
- Organic Meat (marinated)
Dried Anchovies Stock
- 1 handful of anchovies (remove the head & insides)
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves
- 2 slices ginger
- 2.5 liters water
Others
- Organic Mushroom
- Organic Siu Pak Choy
