Milo milk custard

1 egg
3 tablespoon milo powder
2/3 cup of fresh milk

1. Boil the milk and slowly mix in the milo powder.
2. Beat an egg in a bowl then slowly add in the boiled milo milk into the egg.
3. Filter the mixture using a sieve then pour into container.
4. Double boiled for about 6-8 mins at medium heat.
5. Chilled in the fridge for about 3-4 hours then ready to serve and it is recommended to consume within 24 hours.
