- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 300g sweetpotato
- Pandan juice or green coloring
- 60g sugar
- 150g Gula melaka chopped fine
- 200g grated coconut
- Boil n steam sweet potato n smash it.
- Mix all the skin ingredients n knead into dough.
- Divide into small ball flatten dough n wrap filling.
- Bring water to boil put ball into it. Once ball is floated on surface scoop them n coat with shredded coconut.
