Ingredients

Skin ingredients

  • 100g glutinous rice flour
  • 300g sweetpotato
  • Pandan juice or green coloring
  • 60g sugar
  • 1/4salt

Filling

  • 150g Gula melaka chopped fine
  • Coating
  • 200g grated coconut

Steps

  1. Boil n steam sweet potato n smash it.
  2. Mix all the skin ingredients n knead into dough.
  3. Divide into small ball flatten dough n wrap filling.
  4. Bring water to boil put ball into it. Once ball is floated on surface scoop them n coat with shredded coconut.
