- 2 small potatoes
- 1/4 slice cheese
- 2 tsp oat
- Peel the potato, cook with boiling water for about 25 mins.
- Puree half of the potato and dice the other half.
- Mix the diced potato ,oatmeal and cheese into mashed potato.
- Heat oil in the frying pan and fry the potato ball.
It taste nice but somehow it does not turn out crispy which I expecting it to be. I am not sure how come it turn out quite soft and can only be eaten using spoon instead of by hand. @@
