Simple 3 ingredients chiffon cupcake

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 cupcakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon caster sugar

Steps

  1. Separate egg yolk and egg white. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
  2. Whisk egg white with sugar till ribbon stage (stiff peak). Stiff peak egg white mixture will not fall down even you turn the container upside down.
  3. Add in egg yolk one by one and mix well with a spatula.
  4. Add in bread flour by 3 batches and fold well with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins. (baking time will be different depending on the oven brand and model, as original recipe call for 25-30 mins only. My cake seem uncooked at 30 mins so i extended the time to about 40 mins).
