Simple & Fast way to make Butternut Squash Purée

Method
Cut butternut squash into half put into oven and grilled until fully cooked /soften, it is abt 15-20minutes(depend of the ingredient size and the heat of your oven) . You can just serve after grilled or store it in Tupperware for mixing other ingredient for cooking . I am suing this purée to make pan cake.
