- 3.5 tbsp self raising flour
- 3.5 tbsp black sesame seeds powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp molasses sugar
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Mixed well self raising flour, black sesame seeds powder, baking powder and sugar.
- Beat eggs and slowly add in oil and yogurt.
- Gently fold in eggs mixture to dry ingredients (flour, sugar, black sesame seeds powder, baking powder)
- Steam at high heat for 10mins (or until fully cooked)
