Ingredients
- Dry ingredients -
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Wet ingredients -
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Pumpkin puree from 2 slices of small pumpkin (about a medium size banana)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Steps
- (1) Mix wet ingredient and dry ingredients separately.
- (2) Pour the wet ingredients onto dry ingredients and begin to fold till all just mix.
- (3) Pour into cupcake liners lined in ramekins. Top with some raw rolled oats.
- (4) Steam in preheated steamer in high heat for 12 minutes and medium heat for 3 minutes. Wait for 2 minutes before removing the lid. Tilt open the lid slightly for 1-2 minutes before dish out.
