- 2 sweet corns
- 2 carrots
- 1 yam bean
- 6-8 red dates
- half chicken chopped in chunks (including 2 chicken feet and some chicken bones).
- volume of water that is just nice to cover all the ingredients.
- Peeled carrot and yam beans then cut into chunks.
- Put all the ingredients into pot, heat on high heat till bring to boiled.
- Turn to medium-low heat and boil for about 45 mins.
- Add in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt before served.
