Sweet corn carrot yam bean chicken soup


  • 2 sweet corns
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 yam bean
  • 6-8 red dates
  • half chicken chopped in chunks (including 2 chicken feet and some chicken bones).
  • volume of water that is just nice to cover all the ingredients.


  1. Peeled carrot and yam beans then cut into chunks.
  2. Put all the ingredients into pot, heat on high heat till bring to boiled.
  3. Turn to medium-low heat and boil for about 45 mins.
  4. Add in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt before served.
