Ingredients
- 75g wholemeal flour
- 75g plain flour
- 100g butter
- 50g molasses sugar
Steps
- Preheat oven 180 Celsius for 30 minutes.
- Mix everything in mixer.
- Hand press awhile before put into fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
- This dough is hard to roll out for shaping. So I used my hand to roll it into ball and then press against it with hand palm and then put it on working board and shape it with cookies cutter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden color.
