Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of instant rolled baby oat
- hot water
- 1 tsp cheese
- a sprinkle of chia seed
- 1/2 tsp of vco
Steps
- Soften 3 tbsp of instant rolled baby oat with hot water, add 1 tsp cheese, some raisin (chopped), a sprinkle of chia seed, 1/2 tsp of vco.
- Mix all, roll to finger size, coat with more rolled oat, flatten it, bake at 170°C for 15 minutes, top with more cheese and leave for another 5 minutes.
My 9mo baby have not get to taste it yet but I love it very much. I amend this recipe from original banana oat bars.
