Ingredients
- 20g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Red Capsicum - cut into small cubed
- 1/2 carrot - cut into small cubed
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 150c
- In a medium bowl, mix cheese, capsicum & carrot together
- Divide this mixture into mini muffin cups.
- Mix the eggs and dried parsley together.
- Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
