1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Black Eyed Peas (soaked)
1egg
1tbsp vco / olive oil
2 tbsp water
1tbsp potatoe starch
*Combine everything to non sticky dough
*add more water if dough too dry or add more flour is dough too wet
* to store up to 3 days *
Form it to noodles and dry it for at least 1 hr ..store it to tight container and fridge it.
