Celery carrot meat patty / wrap

Ingredients:

Celery (dice cut)
Carrot (dice cut)
Minced pork (add in a pinch of salt)
1 egg
Homemade popiah skin – Mine kind of thick due to lack of skill, refer to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4NEk-i0s40 I reduced to 1/2 cup flour with 100ml water

Method:
1. Mixed well of celery,carrot,minced pork and egg.
2. Form into patty or wrap with popiah skin.
3. Heat some oil and pan fried the patty/wrap till fully cooked.
