Marinate (no specify measurement, all on preference)
- Chopped or minced pork
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce (can omit)
- Ground pepper (little bit will do)
- Garlic in fine chopping
- Oat (Add slightly more in order to get more crispy)
- Parmesan cheese powder
- Sesame powder
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix all marinate ingredients and put in fridge for at least 4-6 hours.
- Heat some oil (slightly more oil to cover at least half side of the patty) on the pan and pan fried the patty each side for about 5-8 mins or till golden brown.
