Yummy crustless quiche for my 2 babies, one 2yo and another is 10mths old, both love this quiche!
Recipe:
1 large potato
3 eggs
Handful of spinach
1 slide cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 6inch pie pan.
Boil the potato for 8-10mins until cooked.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, spinach, hand stir to blend. Scoop into prepared pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
