Baby’s lunch time! Fusilli pasta with pumpkin, apple and broccoli, my 2yo finished a big bowl.
1/2 small Onion (finely chopped)
A small apple (cored, cut in wedges)
200g pumpkin (cut in small pieces)
1/2 cup broccoli (cut in chunks)
1 cup fusilli pasta
1. Steam pumpkin, apple, broccoli for 15mins. Purée it.
2. Cook the pasta according package instructions.
3. Heat 1tbsp olive oil, put in onion until fragrant, put in pumpkin purée and stir in pasta.
This is a good way to consume veggie for little one.
