Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 250g sugar
- Pandan leaves 6 pieces
- Fresh coconut milk 125ml
- Pandan water 75ml
- Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Steps
- Use double boiler method.big boiler add in 1/3 water heat it.thn turn to low fire.
- Small boiler add in eggs,sugar and salt stir well.thn put into the big boiler…cook it for 10mins…must non stoping stir it.
- Add in coconut,pandan water and pandan leave continue cook for another 20-25mins.
