Ingredients
Sauce
- Potato
- Pumpkin
- Cauliflower
- Yellow onion
- Cooking cream/ cream cheese + full cream milk
- Marinated minced pork (with salt, pepper, sesame oil)
Steps
- Steam potato, pumpkin, cauliflower, yellow onion till cooked and soft (a few dices each)
- Blend all cooked vege together till soft.
- Pan fry marinated pork till cooked then add in the pre prepared vege sauce and cooking cream
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour over cooked macaroni and serve. You can serve with some cheese on top.
I normally use cream cheese + full cream milk to make pasta sauce for LO. But I’m back in hometown this weekend and was lazy to go shopping. Thus I just grabbed Emborg cooking cream from nearest store.
