Natural 2 layers Chiffon

Ingredients :
Batter
5 egg yolks
20g Caster sugar (I used 15g molasses sugar)
30g vegetable oil
90g Low Protein flour
60g pandan juice

10g water + 1 tbsp pure coco powder

Meringue:
5 egg whites
1 teaspoon (5ml) lemon juice
60g Caster sugar (I used 50g molasses sugar)

I divided the meringue into 2 bowl, 1 mix well pandan batter and the remaining 1 mix well with the coco batter to make the 2 layers.
