Ingredients
- 3 to 4 tablespoon fresh milk
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 8-10 pieces of roasted cashew nut
- 40-50 pcs of basil leaf
- Spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese powder
Steps
- Blend milk, cheddar cheese, garlic, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, cashew nut, basil leaf into paste form.
- Boil water, add in a pinch of salt and few drops of oil then cook the spaghetti till done.
- Drained the spaghetti and toss the spaghetti with the pesto paste.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese powder as topping.
