Pesto Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 tablespoon fresh milk
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8-10 pieces of roasted cashew nut
  • 40-50 pcs of basil leaf
  • Spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese powder

Steps

  1. Blend milk, cheddar cheese, garlic, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, cashew nut, basil leaf into paste form.
  2. Boil water, add in a pinch of salt and few drops of oil then cook the spaghetti till done.
  3. Drained the spaghetti and toss the spaghetti with the pesto paste.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese powder as topping.
