Ingredients
- potatoes
- Few drop of olive oil
- Few shake of herb
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
- Give the potatoes a little wash under the kitchen tap but keep the skin on, it makes them nice and crispy.
- Cut the potatoes down the middle length-ways then cut each half into wedges.
- Place the wedges into the freezer bag, add a little oil, a few shakes of the herb and shake the bag until all the wedges are well coated.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the skin is nice and crispy and the wedges are soft in the middle.
- Serve and enjoy!
