Potato wedges

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • Few drop of olive oil
  • Few shake of herb

Steps

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Give the potatoes a little wash under the kitchen tap but keep the skin on, it makes them nice and crispy.
  3. Cut the potatoes down the middle length-ways then cut each half into wedges.
  4. Place the wedges into the freezer bag, add a little oil, a few shakes of the herb and shake the bag until all the wedges are well coated.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the skin is nice and crispy and the wedges are soft in the middle.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
