Salmon cake

Ingredients

  • Salmon 200g
  • Potato 100g
  • Minced meat 65g
  • Onion (cut to small piece) 60g
  • butter
  • Egg 1
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Steps

  1. Cut salmon to pieces, remove skin and bone. Blend it
  2. Remove potato skin, cut into pieces and boil around 20 minutes , mashed it
  3. With nonstick pan, cook the butter till dissolve , stir fried onion till slightly brown
  4. Use a big bowl, add in salmon, minced meat , mashed potato, onion , egg, bit of salt and pepper, mix well.
  5. Preheat oven to 200 degree
  6. Put the mixture in muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes till cooked.
