Ingredients
- 200g raw salmon fillet, skinless – cut into small cubes
- 1 potato
- 50g grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small red onion – chopped finely
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1tsp dried oregano
Steps
- Boil and mashed the potato
- Mix all the ingredients and scoop into ramekin dishes
- Bake for 20 mins at 180c
