Steam Mulberry Jam Cupcake

Ingredients

  • 180g butter
  • 230g icing sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 60g ground almond
  • 230g super fine flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • some homemade mulberry jam
  • some almond flakes

Steps

  1. Cream butter, icing sugar n salt till soft.
  2. Add in egg one by one n stir till smooth.
  3. Add in de remaining ingredients n mix well. fill batter into paper cup till half full.
  4. Spoon a little mulberry jam on top n cover wif batter.
  5. Lastly top wif mulberry jam n sprinkle some almond flakes.
  6. Steam for 20-25 mins.
