Ingredients
- 180g butter
- 230g icing sugar
- 5g salt
- 4 eggs
- 60g ground almond
- 230g super fine flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- some homemade mulberry jam
- some almond flakes
Steps
- Cream butter, icing sugar n salt till soft.
- Add in egg one by one n stir till smooth.
- Add in de remaining ingredients n mix well. fill batter into paper cup till half full.
- Spoon a little mulberry jam on top n cover wif batter.
- Lastly top wif mulberry jam n sprinkle some almond flakes.
- Steam for 20-25 mins.
