Ingredients
100g cream cheese
60g molasses sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk (I used 3 tbsp of plain yogurt )
1 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil (I used 1tbsp only)
90g fine flour (I used wheat flour )
1tsp baking powder
METHOD
Beat the cream cheese and sugar till creamy. Add in the eggs, milk and oil. Mix. Add in the flour and baking powder. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the batter into the electric lunch box pot and cover with aluminum foil. Steam for more than an hour until cooked.
