Zucchini sponge cake topping with cinnamon

250g sponge cake flour

5 egg
70g zuchinni purée 
80g olive oil 

Mix the egg, flour and purée two minute with slow mode . Then slowly add in oil and beat for 5 minute in fast mode. Preheat oven for 160c and bake for 40-50 minutes
