1/2 red onion, finely chopped
shredded cabbage, carrot, bak choy & yellow zucchini ( steam at high heat for 5 mins )
1 fresh mushroom, finely chopped & steamed
3 cloves garlic, minced
marinate minced meat with grape
Mixed grains rice
1. Stir fry onion & garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
2. Add in minced meat & mushroom and stir.
3. Add in shredded veggies. Stir until almost done.
4. Add in egg. Cook almost like omelette.
5. Add in rice. Stir for 2 minutes and done!
