- Steamed threadfin ( I use the balance from the LO porridge)
- Steamed shredded carrot
- Mix well both ingredients and put into cupcake mould/tray.
- Pour some beaten egg.
- Use fork gently mix well with the batter.
- Bake 160c for 20mins or till egg cooked.
That's no fix ingredients for this recipe but EGG is a must.
You may use other veggie like broccoli, onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage and etc. Can add some cheese to enhance the taste.
1 small egg can yield 2 muffins.
Grease some oil if the cupcake mould/tray is not non stick.
