Savoury Egg Muffin

Ingredients

  • Steamed threadfin ( I use the balance from the LO porridge)
  • Steamed shredded carrot

Steps

  1. Mix well both ingredients and put into cupcake mould/tray.
  2. Pour some beaten egg.
  3. Use fork gently mix well with the batter.
  4. Bake 160c for 20mins or till egg cooked.

Extra notes

Note:
That's no fix ingredients for this recipe but EGG is a must.
You may use other veggie like broccoli, onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage and etc. Can add some cheese to enhance the taste.
1 small egg can yield 2 muffins.
Grease some oil if the cupcake mould/tray is not non stick.
