Salmon and spinach frittata

Recipe as below : 
Onion 1
Spinach cut into 2-3cm

Potato 1 
Grated cheese
Egg 4 

1) stir fried onion with onion soft 
2) steam salmon , potato and spinach , mash salmon and potato 
3) beat egg (add in pinch of salt and pepper, I’m ommited this step)
4) mix onion ,potato and spinach into egg 
5) put salmon on top , then topping with grated cheese 
6) bake in preheated oven for 20 minute with 220 temperature
