Ingredients
- 500g of all purpose flour
- 250g of milk (temperature 37 degree)
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 30g of molasses sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 10g of oil (I'm using grapeseed oil)
- Black sesame powder 5 tablespoon
Steps
- Mix yeast, milk and sugar until sugar dissolve.
- Mix other ingredient well and knead it until become dough
- Cover with wet cloth for 10 minutes
- Roll and shaping, cut into 16 pieces , and proof for around 45 mins to 1 hr
- Put 1l of water and steam for 20 minute.
- * can use breadmaker dough function as well.
- P/s let the mantao stay in wok for 3 minutes only open the cover
