Minced pork carrot rice frittata



1/2 carrot (shredded)
1/2 cup minced pork (with little bit of fat, i added pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil)
1/2 cup cooked grains rice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs

1. Pan fried minced pork with olive oil till half cook then add in rice and carrot and stirred fried for a while.
2. Beat the eggs, mixed well with the above and cheese.
3. Pour into the muffin pan.
4. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees C for 35 mins.

Simple and delicious frittata is done!~
