Ingredients

Marinade

  • 4 drumsticks
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 6-8 clove garlic (fine chopping)
  • 3 potatoes (chop in chunks)

Steps

  1. image Rub the drumsticks with salts and mix in all the marinade ingredients. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
