Baked pumpkin with bread
Ingredients
Serving for 1 (small soup bowl size)

1 egg
1tbsp butter
1slice pumpkin
1oz milk
1slice bread

1) toast bread until crispy, cut the bread to small pieces
2) put the bread into the bowl
3) chop pumpkin into small pieces, steam and blend as purée
4) add butter into the purée when still hot, and stir it
5) mix milk, egg and pumpkin purée together
6) pour the mixture into the bowl and soak the bread
7) cover it and put into the fridge, let the mixture soak and moist the bread. At least 2 hour or u can prepared at night and bake it next morning
8) bake 170°c for 15 mins

** note: if ur lo got teeth u can add some smaller pieces pumpkin on it
