Pumpkin Bread Made with Bread Maker

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Pumpkin Puree (without water)
  • 50 gm Water (Room Temperature)
  • 40 gm Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Milk Powder (I use formula milk powder)
  • 2 tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 gm Bread Flour
  • 50 gm All Purpose Flour
  • 92 gm Tang Zhong
  • 3/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Steps

  1. Tangzhong Recipe :-(1) 50gm bread flour. (2) 250ml water or milk. (3) Mix well without lumps. (4) Cook in nonstick pan without oil in medium fire, keep stirring till you see lines from the paste. (5) Wrap with sling wrapz (touch the paste), let it cool. (6)Can use after cool & keep the balance in fridge for next use
  2. Bread Maker Setting :- (1) Normal Loaf. (2) Crust : Light. (3) Size : 1.5/700gm
