Double color milk and coco loaf

min shiang - double layer loaf

Ingredient :
High protein flour 350g
Sugar 30g
Salt 5g
Milk powder 15g (I omitted this as I use milk )
Butter 30g
Yeast 6g

Water 160g
egg 1

Chocalate dough( add into dough )

Non sugar coco powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tspn
Milk 1 tspn


1. Put all the thing to breadmaker and knead
2. Take out dough and divided to 2:1 portion
3 the smaller dough add in chocolate ingredient as mention above , put into breadmaker and knead for 10 minutes
4. Put both dough in two container and 1st proof (around 1 hr)
5. Take out dough and press out gas then cover with wrapping paper for 10 minute
6 . Both dough press till become triangle shape , put the chocolate dough on top of milk dough and roll together and put in baking tray
7. Second proof for 45 minutes
8. Apply egg on top
9. Preheat oven 190 degree and bake for 30 minutes
