Gluten free bake cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 150ml fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • 5 Eggs (separate egg yolks and egg white)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3.5 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 50g melted butter

Steps

  1. Boiled milk and cream cheese together in low heat, stirred and cook till cheese melt then set aside let it cool.
  2. Mix corn flour, egg yolks and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  3. Then mix the egg yolks mixture with milk cheese mixture.
  4. Whipped egg white and caster sugar till stiff.
  5. Fold in stiffed egg white into cheese mixture, add in melted butter and mix well.
  6. Bake for 75 mins at 160 degree C.

Extra notes

It taste even better after chilling in the fridge for few hours .
