Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 150ml fresh milk
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- 5 Eggs (separate egg yolks and egg white)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3.5 tablespoon caster sugar
- 50g melted butter
Steps
- Boiled milk and cream cheese together in low heat, stirred and cook till cheese melt then set aside let it cool.
- Mix corn flour, egg yolks and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Then mix the egg yolks mixture with milk cheese mixture.
- Whipped egg white and caster sugar till stiff.
- Fold in stiffed egg white into cheese mixture, add in melted butter and mix well.
- Bake for 75 mins at 160 degree C.

It taste even better after chilling in the fridge for few hours .
