Dry ingredients
- Plain flour 200g
- Corn flour 50g
- Baking powder 5g
- Salt 3G
- Sugar 110g
Wet ingredient
- Orange juice 100g
- Melted butter 100g
- Egg 5
- Orange / lemon zest 1
- Cranberry optional
Steps
- Mix wet ingredient well, sieve fri ingredient into wet ingredient and mid well (dont overmix).
- Put in muffin cup and bake with preheated oven 180c 20-25 minutes.
- Thermomix method;
- Cut butter to small pieces
- Cream butter with sugar, insert butterfly , 1 min. Speed 3
- Put egg into bowl, 30 second speed 4. Take out butterfly, put the rest ingredient and speed 3 till well combined
- Put in muffin cup and bake with preheated oven 180c 20-25 minutes
