Orange cranberry muffin

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • Plain flour 200g
  • Corn flour 50g
  • Baking powder 5g
  • Salt 3G
  • Sugar 110g

Wet ingredient

  • Orange juice 100g
  • Melted butter 100g
  • Egg 5
  • Orange / lemon zest 1
  • Cranberry optional

Steps

  1. Mix wet ingredient well, sieve fri ingredient into wet ingredient and mid well (dont overmix).
  2. Put in muffin cup and bake with preheated oven 180c 20-25 minutes.
  3. Thermomix method;
  4. Cut butter to small pieces
  5. Cream butter with sugar, insert butterfly , 1 min. Speed 3
  6. Put egg into bowl, 30 second speed 4. Take out butterfly, put the rest ingredient and speed 3 till well combined
  7. Put in muffin cup and bake with preheated oven 180c 20-25 minutes
